Employee Wellbeing Program

Health and Nutrition Coaching

Earn 250 points for the 2018-2019 Employee Wellbeing Program by participating in Health and/or Nutrition Coaching and complete at least 4 face-to-face visits before the August 31st, 2019 deadline!

Angie Berlinger - Wellbeing Health Coach

Health Coaching will assess your wellbeing needs, share program options and resources available, and help you set realistic wellness goals. The primary focus is to motivate and encourage UPlan members to better health as well as coach and guide you through healthy living choices. In addition you can learn more about:

  • Tips to eating better and how to become more physically active
  • Stress Management techniques
  • Explore what the wellness program has to offer
  • Develop an action plan to overcome your barriers to change

Ashley Denton - Sodexo Registered Dietician

Nutrition Coaching works with you to develop a personalized approach to healthful eating. The Nutrition Coach is available to discuss a variety of nutrition concerns including developing healthy food habits, managing high cholesterol, managing high blood pressure, sugar regulation, food allergies, weight management and more. Ashley will be available for appointments on the first Tuesday and Thursday of the month beginning November 1st.
